The advantage of pulse control is much lower power losses. The system uses a specialized 'scalak' type DRV103 so that it was possible to limit the number of external elements. The kit has been designed to control a computer fan powered from 12 V, but it can be used to work with another motor or a low-power bulb. Power regulation can be carried out once or be changed using an external, optional potentiometer.

The device is particularly recommended wherever effective control of the power supplied to the DC-powered load is required
