AMPLIFIER FOR TRANSMITTERS N-MOSFET - PRINTED PLATE

Amplifier on discrete elements, or an alternative to the "cube" TDA7294. The popular power transistors N-MOSFET type IRF540 were used in the power stage. Their parameters make it possible to obtain an output power of 100 W RMS with +/- 50 V power supply at a load of 4 ohms. The system enables the use of IRF640, IRFP240 or IRFP250 transistors in the power amplifier. You can then increase the supply voltage and get a correspondingly higher power (up to 200 W). The amplifier is equipped with protection systems against short-circuiting the output and a silent switching on and off system.

The device is especially recommended for audio device constructors

  • output power approx. 100 W RMS (+/- 50 V, 4 ohms)
  • built-in short-circuit protection
  • mute when turning the power on and off
  • output current limiter (protection)
  • the possibility of using higher power output transistors
  • power supply - +/- 50 V
