The original design of the wristwatch. Traditional mechanical timepieces had hints. Then came electronic models with LED and liquid crystal displays. We suggest making a device with a binary-spectral display. Binary - because time is presented on it in a binary system. LEDs are placed in two rows. On one the hours are displayed, on the second minute - the values are given in the form of successive powers 2. The display also supports the spectral mode of operation. Then the current time appears during the movement of the watch, forming 'in the air'.

The device is especially recommended for lovers of unusual timers, mathematicians, programmers and people who want to emphasize their originality

Selected parameters:

  • time reading in a binary system (LEDs mark the next power of two) and spectral (LEDs create an image while the timer is moving)
  • housing from an old analog watch
  • sleep mode - the time is displayed only when the button is pressed
  • attractive appearance
  • power supply - 3Vdc (CR2032 lithium battery)
  • a printed circuit board, programmed layout and documentation in the set
