Specifications

PWM port on ODROID-XU4 2pin header which connector is Molex 51021-0200 / 1.25mm pitch. The fan motor speed is controlled by CPU temperature proportionally. Thermal interface material (double-side tape) is assembled.

Please remove the film on the thermal interface material(TIM) when you use this part.

Instructions

1. Remove the thin transparent film from the bottom of the heatsink's thermal interface
2. Be careful to minimize stress and bending of the ODROID's PCB while removing the old heatsink and installing the new cooler
