The AltIMU version 3 module includes sensors L3GD20H, LSM303D and LPS331AP. The I2C communication interface with access to 10 measured values allows to determine the height and position of the module. The board is supplied with voltage in the range of 2.5..5,5 V, the connector has a pitch of 0.1 inch. Polol 2469

Description

The AltIMU-10 v3 module uses sensors: LPS331AP (pressure sensor), L3GD20H (3-axis gyroscope) and LSM303D (3-axis accelerometer + 3-axis magnetometer), thanks to which it is a complete set of IMU system sensors. AltIMU is additionally equipped with a logic level converter, it can cooperate with both 3.3V (eg STM32) and 5V (eg Arduino) powered systems.

The LPS331AP, L3GD20H and LSM303D sensors have extensive configuration options, such as pressure sensor resolution, accelerometer sensitivity, magnetometer and gyroscope. Communication with sensors is carried out using the I2C bus. In addition, the module is equipped with a SA0 line, thanks to which it is possible to determine sensor addresses - this allows the use of two AltIMU modules on one I2C bus.
