Description

The servo tester is a device that allows the testing and diagnosis of model servos. Its primary task is to generate a control signal with a preset filling in such a way that the correct operation of the drive can be assessed. The tester can accept an input voltage range from 7 V to 28 V with a current of up to 10 A. The main output port offers a voltage range of 5 V to 28 V and a current of up to 10 A. It offers eight channels, four of which are independently controlled. Signal ports S1-S4 can generate voltages from 5 V to 8.4 V with up to 4 A current.

The generated PWM signal at outputs S1-S4 can have a pulse width from 100 us to 2900 us and a frequency from 33 Hz to 1000 Hz, while input signal S5 supports a PWM signal from 500 us to 2500 us. Knob P1 offers control from 1000 us to 2000 us. The tester can also be controlled by a PPM or SBUS signal. It is equipped with a Micro USB USB3.0 port and a 2.4 inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, which graphically shows the operating parameters of the device.

The servo tester can be used in a variety of applications such as repairing, diagnosing or calibrating servos in modelling, robotics, industrial automation and other fields where precise motion control is crucial. It can help determine servo problems such as malfunction or limited range of motion.
