The module with is a 4-bit, bidirectional voltage level converter. The system can be used to connect two digital systems working with different supply voltages. The OE output allows the NTS0104PW system to be switched into the inactive state (in this state the power consumption is less than 1 μA, all I / O lines go into high impedance).
