Renesas Electronics presents the ARM R7FA4M1AB3CFMAA0 microcontroller from the RA4M1 family. It is a surface-mounted system (SMD/SMT) in the LQFP-64 housing. Powered by an ARM Cortex M4 core, this microcontroller has 256 kB of Flash memory dedicated to the program and 32 kB of SRAM RAM. It works with a data bus width of 32 bits and a maximum clock frequency of 48 MHz. The microcontroller also offers a 14-bit ADC converter, as well as an 8-bit and 12-bit DAC converter. The operating voltage range is from 1.6V to 5.5V and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C. The system has rich communication possibilities thanks to interfaces such as CAN, I2C, IIC, SCI, SPI, SSIE, UART and USB 2.0. Additionally, it is equipped with 18 ADC channels, 10 counters (timers) and 52 inputs/outputs. Tray packaging ensures safe storage. The device is sensitive to moisture, so pay attention to this during storage and installation.
