The RP2350-Touch-LCD-1.28-B module integrates the RP2350 microcontroller with a 1.28-inch capacitive IPS touch screen with a resolution of 240×240 pixels, all enclosed in a CNC aluminum housing with a matte acrylic bottom cover. The device, based on dual-core and dual-ISA architecture (ARM Cortex-M33 + RISC-V Hazard3), operates at a frequency of up to 150 MHz. The module includes 520 KB of SRAM and 16 MB of NOR Flash memory.
The board features a USB 1.1 interface (host/device), Li-Ion battery charging management (ETA6098), a temperature sensor, and a 6-axis IMU (QMI8658) with accelerometer and gyroscope. Programming is done via USB Type-C using the drag-and-drop method, with support for C/C++, Arduino, and MicroPython environments. A SH1.0 (12PIN) cable is included, and 6 GPIO lines are available through a dedicated connector.
