Description
A USB camera module that provides excellent image quality and unique capabilities. Equipped with an IMX179 image sensor, it offers a resolution of an impressive 8 MP, which allows you to obtain detailed and expressive photos and videos. Thanks to the USB 2.0 interface, the module is easy to use and compatible with many devices with Windows and Linux operating systems. The IMX179 sensor with an optical size of 1/3.2 inch and an aperture (F) of 2.0 guarantees excellent image quality and great performance in various lighting conditions. The focal length of 3.8 mm and the field of view (FOV) of 75° allow for flexible adjustment of image framing to individual needs. Distortions are minimal, which translates into accuracy and fidelity of image reproduction.
The camera supports MJPG and YVY2 image formats, which allows for flexibility in creating photos and video recordings. The resolution of the static image is 3264 x 2448 pixels, which allows you to obtain very detailed photos. In terms of video recording, the module offers various options depending on the user's preferences. The MJPG format allows you to record video in resolutions such as 640x480/30FPS, 1920x1080/25FPS or 3264x2448/15FPS. The YUY2 format allows you to record video in resolutions such as 1280x720/5FPS, 2048x1536/1FPS or 3264x2448/1FPS. The module is powered by 5 V via a USB connector, which makes it easy to connect and power. It is a versatile device that can be used in various fields, such as photography, vision engineering, telemedicine and many others.
