The ArduCam B0574 kit is designed for use in robotics, machine vision, and stereo vision systems where precise image synchronization and elimination of motion artifacts are required. The kit consists of two global shutter cameras that are factory-calibrated and prepared for stereo operation, enabling depth estimation, 3D mapping, and robotic navigation algorithms.
The integrated 2.3 MP image sensors with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 enable simultaneous exposure of the entire sensor area, allowing accurate capture of fast-moving objects. Hardware synchronization between the two cameras ensures high alignment accuracy, which is essential for applications requiring stable spatial reconstruction.
The kit supports the USB 3.0 UVC interface, allowing direct connection to Windows and Linux systems without installing additional drivers. The onboard ISP performs image signal processing directly on the device, enabling adjustment of parameters such as exposure, gain, contrast, and white balance.
Fixed-focus lenses with an M12 mount and an adjustable baseline distance between the cameras allow the stereo configuration to be adapted to the required measurement range and depth accuracy, simplifying prototyping and deployment of stereo vision systems in industrial applications.
