The Raspberry Pi HQ camera is the new official camera for Raspberry Pi minicomputers. Works with all versions of minicomputers with a CSI socket. The camera is equipped with a Sony IMX477R sensor with a resolution of 12.3 MPx and a built-in IR filter.
The camera has the option of mounting lenses with CS (6 mm) and C (16 mm) mounts. The kit also includes a C-CS adapter for mounting lenses of both types. The camera has two official lenses: 16 mm telephoto lens and 6 mm wide-angle lens.
Attention!
The kit does not include camera lenses. They must be bought separately.
Installation and configuration of the camera is very intuitive. The exact process of connecting the camera to the Raspberry Pi and starting the device from a minicomputer is shown in the video below. More information on camera configuration and control can be found on the manufacturer's website.
The Raspberry Pi HQ camera is designed for industrial and consumer applications, such as monitoring or automatic systems that require the highest quality video.
