Module with SAMD09 microcontroller designed to support incremental encoders. It reads the signals from the rotary encoder and transmits them to the connected master via the I2C interface. It allows you to add an encoder to your project in an easy and quick way. The module does not have a soldered encoder (not included), so the user can choose the corresponding element himself, in accordance with the applied pin layout (PEC11). In addition, the board has a NeoPixel diode, which can be controlled via the I2C bus and used, for example, as a feedback on the angle of rotation. The module is powered with the voltage from 3.3 V to 5 V, and communication is via the STEMMA QT connector or the 2.54 mm goldpin connector. The I2C address can be modified with 3 jumpers, which allows you to connect up to 8 modules on one bus. Full documentation is available on the product page.
