ESP32-S3-LCD-5 is a development board featuring the ESP32-S3 microcontroller with a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor running at up to 240 MHz, an integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth 5 LE, and a built-in antenna. The board includes a 5-inch color IPS display with a resolution of 800×480 px and a 160° viewing angle. It offers 16 MB of Flash memory and 8 MB of PSRAM, enabling the use of graphical interfaces (e.g., LVGL) and file storage via a TF card. It supports multiple communication interfaces including CAN, RS485, and I2C, and features optically isolated digital inputs and outputs. Power can be supplied via USB Type-C or a 7–36 V DC input. With an onboard RTC and lithium battery charging management, the board is well suited for industrial applications, HMI systems, and IoT devices.
