Description

Industrial actuator module with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, based on the ESP32-S3 microcontroller with a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor clocked up to 240 MHz. Equipped with 8 relay channels (up to 10 A 250 V AC or 30 V DC) and 8 optically isolated digital inputs, supporting both passive and active inputs (PNP/NPN). The integrated RS485 interface with digital isolation enables communication with Modbus RTU devices.

The module also includes an RTC, microSD card slot, Ethernet interface (W5500), USB Type-C port for programming and debugging, status LEDs (PWR, TXD, RXD, RGB), a buzzer, and an SMA antenna connector. Built-in protections include power isolation, surge protection (TVS), digital isolation, and optical isolation. The ABS enclosure allows DIN rail mounting (35 mm).

Support for Arduino IDE and ESP-IDF, along with available SDK resources and MQTT communication examples with the Waveshare.Cloud platform, makes it easy to deploy in industrial and automation applications.
