Description
The TerasIC SDI HSMC module is a hardware platform designed for developing video transmission systems compliant with SDI and AES standards. Equipped with a High Speed Mezzanine Card (HSMC) connector, it allows integration with development boards based on transceivers, such as Altera Stratix IV E or TerasIC DE4. It supports transmission in 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, and SD-SDI standards, offering two SDI inputs and outputs as well as two AES inputs and outputs. Built-in PLL circuits for SDI and AES ensure stable signal synchronization, making the module suitable for broadcasting applications and professional video systems.
