TerasIC System on Module is a compact, integrated single-board computer with the SoC Cyclone V chip that connects the FPGA chip to the ARM Cortex-A9 core. The module contains DDR3 RAM memory, flash memory, energy management system, popular communication interfaces and software to help you create a fully customized design without starting from scratch.
