Description
The TerasIC XTS-HSMC card is designed to convert FPGA transceiver channels to SMA connectors via the High-Speed Mezzanine Connector (HSMC) interface. It enables testing and prototyping of high-speed communication interfaces in FPGA devices equipped with transceivers, such as Stratix IV GX, Stratix II GX, Arria II GX, and Cyclone IV GX. The platform allows evaluation of transmission parameters, jitter analysis, protocol compliance testing, and operation of correction and equalization circuits, making it an engineering tool for designing systems requiring gigabit-speed data transfer.
