Description
The TerasIC SATA/SAS HSMC card enables support for SATA and SAS mass storage interfaces using FPGA platforms equipped with a High-Speed Mezzanine Connector (HSMC). Designed for use with Stratix IV GX, Stratix II GX, Arria II GX, and Cyclone IV GX devices, it allows connection of hard drives, optical drives, and SSDs in applications requiring data storage and testing. The card is equipped with four single-channel SATA connectors, one four-channel SATA/SAS connector, and an ATX power connector for attaching storage devices. It supports 1.5 Gb/s, 3 Gb/s, and 6 Gb/s transmission, enabling the creation and testing of solutions compliant with the latest SATA and SAS standards in FPGA-based projects.
