TerasIC ICB-HSMC is a communication card for FPGA systems, equipped with RS-232, RS-485, and CAN interfaces, as well as GPIO and PIO ports for expansion. Description
The TerasIC ICB-HSMC is an HSMC-standard expansion card designed for handling industrial communication based on RS-232, RS-485, and CAN serial protocols. It enables the implementation and testing of real-time communication systems used in automation, telecommunications, and medical devices. The module features dedicated DB9 connectors for RS-485 and CAN interfaces, a DB9 connector for RS-232, SPIO ports, and a 40-pin connector for additional signal expansion. This makes it a flexible tool for prototyping and developing FPGA-based industrial systems.
