The Soil Sensor is an advanced sensor designed to measure the levels of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) in soil, supporting the optimization of soil fertility and creating ideal conditions for plant growth. With a wide power supply range of 5 to 30 V and data output in the RS485 MODBUS-RTU format, the device is compatible with Arduino UNO and TTL to RS485 converters, making integration easy. The sensor is made from high-quality 316 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, salt, and long-term electrolysis. Hermetically sealed with epoxy resin, it achieves an IP68 protection rating, allowing for long-term burial in soil or immersion in water.
The sensor is suitable for precision agriculture, greenhouses, vegetable and flower cultivation, pastures, as well as scientific experiments and grain storage. Thanks to its compact dimensions and environmental resistance, it can operate in various soil types without losing accuracy. Measuring NPK enables better fertilization tailored to plant needs, improving yields and crop quality. However, the sensor should be treated as an indicative tool—it does not replace professional laboratory instruments but provides effective support for soil condition monitoring.
