The thermal camera module features an uncooled microbolometer detector operating in the longwave infrared spectrum from 8 µm to 14 µm. The module generates thermal images with a resolution of 160 x 120 pixels and supports radiometric temperature measurement, making it suitable for equipment condition monitoring, building automation, occupancy detection, industrial electronics, and IoT applications utilizing thermal analysis.
The camera provides a wide 95° horizontal field of view and thermal sensitivity below 50 mK. An integrated shutter performs automatic non-uniformity correction (NUC), ensuring stable image quality. Communication is handled through an SPI interface for image transmission and a CCI interface compatible with I2C for module configuration. Its compact dimensions and low power consumption allow integration into mobile devices, monitoring systems, and applications requiring thermal imaging capabilities.
