RPLiDAR A3M1 is an advanced 2D laser scanner from SLAMTEC, enabling full 360° environment scanning with a maximum range of 25 m. The device performs up to 16,000 measurements per second, and the scanning frequency can be adjusted between 5–20 Hz. With patented OPTMAG technology, it eliminates the durability limitations of typical mechanical lidars, ensuring stable operation for many years.
The scanner offers two operating modes: enhanced mode, providing maximum range and measurement resolution in indoor environments, and outdoor mode, featuring increased resistance to sunlight interference. In standard mode, the angular resolution achieved is 0.225°. A compact housing with a height of only 41 mm and a brushless motor make the device suitable for mobile robots, SLAM systems, and 3D mapping applications.
Each module is factory tested and complies with IEC-60825 Class 1 safety standard, ensuring safe use.
