Description
The Wio Tracker 1110 Dev Kit for Meshtastic is a complete, ready-to-use solution for creating energy-efficient tracking devices based on LoRa® and GPS technology. It includes the Wio Tracker 1110 Dev Board (featuring a Nordic nRF52840 chip with Bluetooth LE support and a Semtech LR1110 module for LoRa), a Grove - Air530 GPS module, and a Grove OLED 0.96” display. Thanks to native compatibility with Meshtastic firmware, the kit is ready to operate immediately after connecting and flashing the software. It’s an ideal device for outdoor adventures, asset tracking, or building a decentralized communication network in areas without infrastructure. The kit offers precise real-time positioning with support for multiple GNSS systems (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, SBAS) and includes a temperature and humidity sensor (SHT41) for monitoring environmental conditions.

The integrated OLED display provides clear visualization of data such as battery level, GPS location, signal status, and message history. Additionally, the kit features four Grove connectors for quickly attaching extra modules (e.g. environmental sensors, buttons, screens) without soldering. Thanks to Arduino compatibility, developers have full freedom to create custom features.

The kit supports a wide range of wireless protocols: Bluetooth 5.3, Thread, Zigbee, ANT, Mesh, and more, allowing integration with various types of devices. The included documentation also provides source files for free enclosure designs (for 3D printing or laser cutting). Potential applications include asset tracking, off-grid communication, and environmental monitoring in remote areas.
