Description
The 200X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables safe and accurate operation at high voltages, while its low input impedance minimizes the influence on the measured signal. Fully compatible with OIP350 probes, this tip supports signal analysis up to 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 350 MHz, making it suitable for both laboratory and field use. Its compact design ensures convenient access to hard-to-reach test points.
