High-voltage differential probe from the Micsig DP series designed for high-voltage and differential signal measurements. The probe features very low noise, excellent amplitude-frequency characteristics at high voltage, and high common-mode rejection capability (CMRR). These characteristics allow accurate testing of high-frequency and high-voltage signals in power electronics, switching power supplies, motor drives, and inverter systems. The probe includes a 5 MHz bandwidth limit function that effectively suppresses high-frequency interference during switching frequency measurements in most switching power supplies. In addition, the automatic zero calibration function allows quick probe offset calibration. The design offers two attenuation ranges: 20X and 200X, improving the signal-to-noise ratio and allowing adjustment to different measurement requirements. The standard BNC connector ensures compatibility with most oscilloscopes, while USB Type-C power eliminates the need for an additional external power source.
Additional features such as overvoltage warning with flashing LED and buzzer alarm allow users to quickly react to overload conditions. The DP series also features a compact and elegant design, significantly smaller than traditional differential probes. The probe provides excellent bandwidth flatness with amplitude fluctuation below 0.5 dB within half of the bandwidth range, ensuring high measurement accuracy even at high frequencies. High input impedance and low input capacitance minimize loading effects and significantly improve differential signal measurement accuracy. The USB Type-C interface also supports communication and command-based control for automated testing integration.
The probe can be widely used for AC voltage measurements, isolated high-voltage measurements, switching power supply design, power converter testing, inverter systems, induction heating systems, and motor control applications. The compact construction makes it suitable for both electronics laboratories and industrial environments. The current product revision features a new enclosure with three function buttons.
