Description
The 20X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables operation at high voltages while ensuring safety and measurement accuracy. Thanks to its low input impedance, it minimizes the influence on the signal under test. Fully compatible with OIP350 probes, this tip is suitable for signal analysis up to 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 350 MHz, both in laboratories and in field applications. Its compact design makes it easier to access hard-to-reach measurement points.
