Description

The HLK-LD2450 is a compact 24 GHz radar module designed for precise human presence detection and real-time tracking of motion and micromovement. It utilizes FMCW technology and advanced signal processing algorithms, enabling accurate measurement of distance, angle, and speed of moving objects. The solution is mainly used in indoor environments such as homes, offices, and hotels to enable location tracking of moving individuals. The sensor consists of a millimeter-wave radar chip, a microwave antenna with one transmitter and two receivers, a low-cost microcontroller, and auxiliary peripheral circuits.

Thanks to its ability to detect both motion and micromovements (e.g., breathing), the HLK-LD2450 is well-suited for smart lighting systems, building automation, security applications, and IoT devices.
