Description

The LoRa communication module with a touchscreen and dual microcontrollers is an advanced device for long-range wireless communication. With built-in Meshtastic software, the module is ready to use immediately after connecting power, and can be updated using the Meshtastic Flasher.

The device is equipped with two powerful microcontrollers – ESP32-S3 and RP2040 – as well as GPIO compatible with over 400 Grove modules, allowing flexible project expansion. The integrated SX1262 LoRa module enables the device to function as a single-channel LoRaWAN® gateway or to connect to IoT platforms via Wi-Fi, such as Matter. The platform is fully open, offering access to the extensive ESP32 and Raspberry Pi ecosystems.

The device can operate as a Meshtastic network node – either stationary or mobile – allowing communication with other nodes without requiring cellular access. Thanks to mesh networking, it enables independent and free long-distance data transmission, ideal for field users. Once paired with a phone, only three steps are needed to start communication, check signal quality, and share location.

This device is an optimal solution for IoT systems, educational projects, emergency communication, and automation. The absence of a built-in battery does not limit its functionality – it is powered via a USB-C port. This is an economical, reliable, and versatile tool for applications requiring low power consumption and long-range transmission.
