In the era of rapid development of electronics, our cars have many protections, whose task is to prevent unauthorized engine start. The presented device is not able to prevent the theft itself, but gives the owner of the vehicle a certain advantage over the thief. The device can inform the appropriate person by means of a special SMS message about opening the door in the car. In addition, in this message there are geographical coordinates of the vehicle. Of course, knowing the position at the time of starting the vehicle is not generally the most important, after all, we know where we parked our car. That is why the device, after detecting the connection from the pre-set number, sends a return message with the current position of the car and the status of the door. In this way, we can follow a thief or just check if our car is where it should be.
