When dealing with radio systems, we often face the problem of measuring small capacitances, inductance or frequency of radio signals. LC bridges and frequency meters are best suited for this type of tasks. However, these devices do not belong to the cheapest ones, so the novice electronics usually only has a universal multimeter at its disposal. Most popular multimeters allow you to measure capacitance and frequency, but not inductance. In addition, the measurement of capacitors of 1 nF or less is subject to a significant error, while the maximum frequency usually does not exceed several hundred kHz. Due to the lack of an inexpensive measuring device that allows measurements of these values, the idea of making an appropriate measure on its own was born.

Recommendations: the instrument will without doubt be useful in the workshop of every constructor's electronics.
