Description
The 0.3 MPx CMOS camera module can work in low light conditions. It is equipped with Aptina Imaging MT9V111 sensor (compatible with OV7670 ) offering image transmission in 640x480 VGA resolution at up to 30 frames per second. It can be powered from a single 3.3V power source. Communication with the camera is via a parallel interface. The module can be programmed via the 2-wire interface.
