The TTL TO RS485 (C) module enables the conversion of TTL serial signals to differential RS485 while maintaining high noise immunity and galvanic isolation. With its compact design and built-in ESD and surge protection, it is well-suited for automation systems, IoT, industrial applications, and distributed communication—especially in high-interference environments.
The TTL TO RS485 (C) module converts TTL signals (3.3 V – 5 V) to differential RS485 signals, providing galvanic isolation for both power and signal lines and supporting half-duplex transmission over distances up to 1.2 km. Featuring a compact design, immersion gold finish, and castellated mounting holes, it enables easy integration with target devices.
Designed for high reliability and noise resistance, it includes surge protection, electrostatic protection, and a resettable fuse. A built-in 120 Ω termination resistor can be activated via a solder jumper to match impedance on the RS485 bus.
