A module with a fan controller and a temperature sensor based on the EMC2101 system. It allows you to easily add cooling to the device under construction. The EMC2101 system generates the PWM signal needed to control the fan and provides feedback on the temperature. It allows you to configure the fan operation in such a way that the system, based on the measured temperature, adjusts the rotation speed (LUT table). The user can thus reduce the noise generated by active cooling in an already existing device, where the fan runs continuously at full speed. The controller can work with most fans used in PC computers. The module is compatible with 3.3 V and 5 V controllers, and communication is via the I2C interface (STEMMA QT connector).
