STM32L496RGT6 is a 32-bit microcontroller with ARM Cortex-M4 core from STMicroelectronics. The L4 series has been developed for solutions requiring low power consumption in sleep mode. The STM32L496RGT6 system offers fast memories (up to 1 MB Flash memory, 320 KB SRAM), support for Quad SPI interface and a wide range of improved I / O and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses and 32-bit AHB bus matrix. Standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI / I2S, USB OTG, USART), 12-bit ADC, DAC, low-power RTC, advanced PWM clock control and numerous timers are available.
