MRF24J40MA-I/RM is a compact IEEE 802.15.4 radio module for wireless communication in embedded applications. With a PCB antenna, low power consumption, and support for ZigBee and MiWi protocols, it provides stable data transmission over distances of up to 120 meters.
The MRF24J40MA-I/RM is a certified 2.4 GHz radio transceiver module compliant with IEEE 802.15.4, intended for wireless applications such as sensor networks, home automation, and industrial control. It supports Microchip’s ZigBee, MiWi, and MiWi P2P protocols, offering easy integration with microcontrollers via a four-wire SPI interface. The module features a PCB antenna, matching circuit, 20 MHz resonator, internal voltage regulator, and power-saving functions. Its compact size enables easy integration into end products. It offers a range of up to 120 meters and full support for AES-128 encryption and RSSI reading.
