The MRF24J40MA-I/RM is a certified 2.4 GHz radio transceiver module compliant with IEEE 802.15.4, intended for wireless applications such as sensor networks, home automation, and industrial control. It supports Microchip’s ZigBee, MiWi, and MiWi P2P protocols, offering easy integration with microcontrollers via a four-wire SPI interface. The module features a PCB antenna, matching circuit, 20 MHz resonator, internal voltage regulator, and power-saving functions. Its compact size enables easy integration into end products.
