The dual-channel KAmod Motor Driver TB6612FNG with MOSFET H-bridges enables precise control of DC and stepper motors with PWM frequency up to 100 kHz. The compact design, wide voltage range, and protections make the module suitable for mobile projects, robotics, and automation.
The KAmod Motor Driver TB6612FNG module, built on the Toshiba TB6612FNG chip, enables independent control of two DC motors or one stepper motor within a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 13.5 V. Logic circuits require a voltage of 2.7–5.5 V. Each H-bridge channel based on MOSFET transistors can provide up to 1.2 A of continuous current and up to 3.2 A of peak current. It is possible to combine channels to achieve higher current capacity up to 2 A.
The driver supports PWM modulation up to 100 kHz and offers STANDBY mode, thermal shutdown protection (TSD), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The module is equipped with LEDs indicating the presence of voltage as well as built-in filtering capacitors ensuring stable system operation. 2.54 mm pitch connectors and 20.32 mm spacing allow convenient connection to breadboards and prototyping systems.
