DC motor driver module with two channels, dedicated to use in modeling. It can be controlled by an RC transmitter and converts the PPM signal into a signal that controls the speed and direction of the motor. There are two signal reception channels (CH1, CH2) and two output channels (M1, M2) on the board. Each input channel uses a standard 50 Hz PPM signal with a duty cycle of 5% to 10%.
The controller can be powered with the voltage from 7 to 12 V, and the continuous current of each channel is 3 A. The permissible peak current is 6 A. When the current exceeds 6 A, the controller system enters the lock state (requires re-powering) to run the driver). The module has a built-in LDO stabilizer that can provide an external 5V / 200mA power supply. Thanks to this, the remote control receiver in the model can be connected directly to the controller board without additional power supply. Full documentation and example applications are available on the product page.

This Kit with fully-dedicated PWM driver chip handles all the motor and speed controls over I2C. Only two data pins (SDA & SCL in addition to the power pins GND & 5V) are required to drive the multiple motors; you can also connect any other I2C devices or shields to the same pins. This makes it drop-in compatible with any Arduino, such as the Uno, Due, Leonardo and Mega R3. Adafruit 1438
This shield makes it easy to control two high-power DC motors with your Arduino or Arduino-compatible board. Its dual robust VNH5019 motor drivers operate from 5.5 to 24 V and can deliver a continuous 12 A (30 A peak) per motor, or a continuous 24 A (60 A peak) to a single motor connected to both channels.
