STK600 is a universal development kit with an ATmega2560 microcontroller, designed for programming and testing a wide range of AVR and AVR32 devices. It enables flexible prototyping, supports various programming methods, and can be expanded with additional hardware modules.
The STK600 is an advanced evaluation and programming kit designed for Atmel (now Microchip) AVR and AVR32 microcontrollers. It enables quick startup with tinyAVR, megaAVR, XMEGA, and AVR32 UC3 devices. The kit supports ISP, JTAG, and high-voltage parallel programming, and thanks to its system of base and adapter boards, it can handle devices with pin counts ranging from 8 to 144. The kit includes a board with an ATmega2560 microcontroller.
The platform supports AVR Studio 4 and AVR32 Studio, offering extensive debugging and prototyping capabilities. All I/O lines are brought out, alongside 8 push buttons, 8 LEDs, 2 Mbit DataFlash memory, and communication interfaces including USB OTG, RS232, CAN, and LIN. An additional prototyping area allows easy integration with external components. Socket and routing cards must be purchased separately depending on the selected microcontroller.
