Description
SenseCAP BC03 is a compact Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 transmitter designed for indoor positioning systems and asset tracking applications. The device periodically broadcasts iBeacon signals, which can be received by compatible devices such as trackers or smartphones, enabling location determination relative to the beacon. The BC03 model is equipped with a high-performance nRF52 series chip and an optimized omnidirectional antenna, ensuring stable transmission and high RSSI measurement accuracy. The maximum transmission range reaches up to 130 meters in open space, allowing efficient coverage of large areas with a minimal number of devices. Additionally, optimized transmission parameters improve reliability in environments with high levels of interference.
The device is designed for long-term maintenance-free operation, and the built-in 2400 mAh Li/SOCl₂ battery enables operation for over 5 years under standard configuration. Installation is simple—just remove the insulating film and attach the device in the desired location, significantly reducing deployment costs. The enclosure is made of UV-resistant ABS material, allowing use in environments exposed to sunlight. The BC03 also features an LED indicator that shows the device status, simplifying setup and diagnostics. The beacon can work with the SenseCraft app and mobile systems such as Android and iOS, enabling quick deployment and management of device networks. Thanks to its open architecture, integration with custom backend systems is also possible.
