Description
A development board that combines the u-blox NINA-B306 Bluetooth module, the ISM330DHCX 6DoF IMU sensor, and the BME280 atmospheric pressure sensor. NINA-B306 offers wireless communication compatible with the Bluetooth® 5 standard and a processor with an ARM Cortex-M4 core. It has an integrated PCB antenna, eliminating the need for an external antenna. It is equipped with 1 MB Flash memory and 250 kB RAM.
The BME280 humidity and pressure sensor measures barometric pressure, humidity and ambient temperature. It offers a pressure measurement range of 300 to 1100hPa and has a temperature measurement range of 0 to 65°C. It communicates with NINA-B306 via I2C. The ISM330DHCX 6DoF IMU is a 3D digital accelerometer and 3D digital gyroscope tailored for Industry 4.0 applications. It has full-scale user selectable acceleration ranges of ±2/±4/±8/±16g and wide angular velocity ranges of ±125/±250/±500/±1000/±2000/±4000dps. It offers built-in features including machine learning algorithms (Machine Learning Core), programmable FSM, FIFO, sensor hub, event decoding and interrupts.
The module has a built-in Qwiic connector and a LiPo battery connector as well as GPIO pins, analog inputs and communication interfaces (UART, SPI and I2C). The board also has a LiPo MCP73831 charger and a MAX17048 LiPo battery monitor. In addition, there is a microSD card connector for external memory.
