Description

An M12-mount lens with a fixed focal length of 1.7mm is used in vision systems that require an extremely wide field of view. The fisheye optical design enables image capture with a very large viewing angle at the cost of characteristic geometric distortion, which is applied in spatial monitoring, mobile robotics, navigation systems, and machine vision projects.

The lens is designed for use with 1/2.5" image sensors applied in compact camera modules. The standard M12 (S-mount) interface allows manual focus adjustment by screwing the lens into the camera mount, without the need for additional adapters.
