Description
The WM1302 Raspberry Pi Hat is an expansion module specifically designed for integration with Raspberry Pi. It features a standard Pi Hat format with a 40-pin female connector, enabling easy connection to the Raspberry Pi's GPIO. The module is equipped with a built-in LoRaWAN authentication chip and a GPS module, further enhancing its functionality.
The WM1302 Pi HAT allows for the connection of the WM1302 LoRaWAN Gateway module in a mini-PCIe format, based on the Semtech SX1302 chip. This enables users to leverage advanced long-range wireless transmission capabilities, characterized by higher sensitivity, lower power consumption, and lower operating temperature compared to previous SX1301 and SX1308 chips. With the integrated GPS module, the WM1302 Pi HAT enhances time and location measurement accuracy.
When combined with the WM1302 Gateway module and Raspberry Pi, the WM1302 Pi HAT forms a complete and compact LoRaWAN communication gateway, ideal for applications in smart agriculture, cities, and other IoT scenarios.
