Description
Ultrasonic distance sensor (sonar) MB1242 with a measuring range from 20 cm to 7.65 m and a resolution of 1 cm. It allows to read data with a frequency of 40 Hz via the I2C interface. The sensor is factory calibrated. It offers virtually noise-free distance readings thanks to the use of high sound power combined with stepless gain, real-time automatic background calibration, real-time waveform signature analysis and noise suppression algorithms. Dedicated to the detection of larger objects.
