The KAmod ESP32 POW RS485 EANT board is equipped with the ESP32-WROOM-32U module, enabling wireless communication over the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and featuring a U.FL connector for connecting an external antenna. The board includes an integrated USB-UART converter with a USB-C connector, allowing convenient programming of the ESP32 module without additional tools.
Another key function is the RS485 interface block, commonly used in home and industrial automation, providing communication over a two-wire twisted pair, for example in the MODBUS standard. The board is complemented by a high-performance power supply system operating with an input voltage range from 8 V to 32 V, delivering stabilized 5 V and 3.3 V outputs with high current capability.
The mechanical design of the board corresponds to the Raspberry Pi SBC form factor, with dimensions of 85 x 56 mm. A characteristic 40-pin header exposes all essential I/O ports and power supply rails, facilitating integration with Raspberry Pi-compatible accessories and systems.
