Description

ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-4.3C-BOX integrates the ESP32-S3 microcontroller with a 4.3-inch capacitive IPS display with 800 x 480 resolution and an onboard audio module supporting sound recording and playback. The design combines display, touch, and voice interaction, enabling development of operator panels, HMI terminals, and IoT devices with wireless connectivity and AI support.

The dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor operating up to 240 MHz provides performance suitable for advanced graphical interfaces, including LVGL-based applications. The board includes 16 MB Flash and 8 MB PSRAM, allowing implementation of projects requiring graphic buffering and data processing. Wireless connectivity includes 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5 LE with onboard antenna.

The IPS display offers a 160° viewing angle and 5-point capacitive touch via I2C interface with interrupt support. The ES8311 audio codec together with the ES7210 echo cancellation circuit and two microphones enables voice control and bidirectional audio communication.

The board provides optocoupler-isolated digital inputs and outputs designed for 5 - 36 V signals in passive and active NPN/PNP modes. Open-drain outputs allow control of loads up to 450 mA per channel. The 7 - 36 V DC power supply range supports integration in industrial installations, while the onboard RTC circuit with CR927 battery holder maintains time settings during power loss.

The BOX version includes a plastic enclosure with 75 mm mounting hole spacing, enabling wall mounting or installation using compatible brackets. The enclosure protects the electronics and simplifies deployment in target systems.
