USR-EG628-GL is a compact industrial controller with LTE, GNSS, Wi-Fi and advanced edge computing capabilities. It combines the functionality of a PLC controller, data concentrator and visualization system in a single platform, enabling integration with modern automation, energy and smart installation systems.
USR-EG628-GL is an expandable industrial IoT controller with Linux Ubuntu 20.04, based on a quad-core ARM RK3562J processor (64-bit, 2.0 GHz) with a built-in NPU (1 TOPS) for AI processing. The device integrates the functions of a PLC controller, edge computing gateway and configuration interface through the WukongEdge application. It enables local data collection and processing, IEC61131 logic support and the creation of visualization dashboards.
The module is equipped with LTE Cat.4 with global band support, dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz), two Ethernet ports (1 GbE + 1 Fast Ethernet), serial ports (RS232, 2×RS485, CAN), HDMI, USB 3.0/2.0 and I/O expansion interfaces. The system supports over 2000 real-time data points, multi-protocol conversion (Modbus, OPC UA, IEC104, IEC61850, Bacnet, DL/T645) and integration with cloud platforms.
