Module with 9-axis IMU LSM9DS1 system dedicated to ESP Thing board. The system combines a 3-axis accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer and allows for measuring acceleration in the range of ± 2, ± 4, ± 8 or ± 16 g, angular velocity of ± 245, ± 500 or ± 2000 °/s and the magnetic field strength in the range of ± 4, ± 8, ± 12, or ± 16 gauss. These sensors allow the user to precisely measure the parameters of movement and orientation in space. In addition to the IMU system, the user has a 3-pin connector to connect a GPS receiver and a microSD card slot for data logging. Thanks to this, the module can be used to build a comprehensive device tracking the position and movement of an object. Full documentation and examples of use are available on the product page.
