Module with three resistive touch pads designed for use with BBC micro:bit. Breaks out pins P0, P1 and P2 to large finger-operated pads and provides P0, P1, P2 and GND connections via a pre-fitted pin header. The board can be connected using jumper wires or soldered connections and programmed in Microsoft MakeCode. Kitronik 5637
Resistive touch keypad for BBC micro:bit provides three large touch pads corresponding to the P0, P1 and P2 pins of the microcontroller. Each pad consists of two sections, and touching both sections with a finger connects the corresponding input to GND through the resistance of the skin. The board can be used as a simple user interface in educational projects, controllers, games, selection panels and touch-activated circuits.
The pre-fitted pin header provides access to P0, P1, P2 and GND, allowing the module to be connected to a breadboard or other components using jumper wires. Solder pads are also available for permanent wired connections. Touch functions can be programmed in Microsoft MakeCode using standard blocks supported by BBC micro:bit. Two M3 mounting holes allow the board to be attached to an enclosure, panel or directly to a project structure.
