Description
NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit is a developer kit dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions based on artificial intelligence. It sets a new standard in developing robots, smart drones and AI-based vision applications. Its compact design, abundance of connectors and up to 40 TOPS of AI performance make it an ideal kit for learning and developing projects based on machine learning, including advanced models used in robotics.
The development kit consists of a Jetson Orin Nano 8GB module and a base board that can connect to all versions of Orin Nano and Orin NX modules. It is an ideal platform for prototyping next-generation edge-AI products. The Jetson Orin Nano features an Ampere architecture GPU with 1024 NVIDIA CUDA cores and 32 tensor cores and a 6-core ARM Cortex-A78AE v8.2 processor, as well as 8GB of 128-bit 68GB/s LPDDR5 RAM.
The baseboard is designed to connect to the Jetson Orin Nano via a 260-pin SO-DIMM connector. It includes a variety of connectors and interfaces, including USB Type-C, Gigabit Ethernet, VESA DisplayPort and eDP output, CSI camera connectors, M.2 Key E and M connectors, GPIO 40-pin expansion connector, UI and LED indicators, and optional RTC and CAN connectors. It is powered by a DC socket with a voltage range of 9 to 20V, and has an optional Ethernet PoE connector.
The NVIDIA Jetson™ platform runs the NVIDIA AI software stack, with a number of available application frameworks tailored to specific applications. These include NVIDIA Isaac™, DeepStream for robotics, DeepStream for vision-based AI, and Riva for artificial intelligence using speech processing. Users can save significant time with NVIDIA Omniverse™ Replicator for generating synthetic data (SDG) and NVIDIA TAO Toolkit for tuning pre-trained AI models from the NGC™ catalog. Jetson Orin™ modules are unmatched in performance and efficiency for robots and other autonomous machines.
